Really good views of the Matterhorn from our balcony transformed mornings into magical experiences. The staff's personalized hiking recommendations made our outdoor adventures seamless and nice.

the breakfast was astonishing and outstanding with fresh fruits served, and all the food was brilliant. our location was magnificent and particularly good, close to the train station. there was a pleasant restaurant at a walking distance from the hotel.

Ayo, that view of the Matterhorn from my room? Straight fire! I ain't never woke up to somethin' so beautiful. The breakfast spread was mad dope too, so many options and all fresh. The way the staff treated us like family. I coulda chilled there forever, fr. That coffee had me bouncing though!

Very warm and friendly owner. Our room was excellent. We could look out straight at the matterhorn from our bedroom window. The view was just amazing. A little bit of a walk from the station but necessary to burn off the calories from the delicious foods everywhere. The place felt very homely and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you very much.

The view of the Matterhorn from the Hotel is exquisite, you also have a great view of Zermat from the Hotel.The staff are very friendly and helpful.

The only problem is that it is quite far from the town and it do not serve dinner.It would be nice if they have an agreement with another hotel where their guests could swim on the very hot days.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with handcrafted furniture. The amazing view of the Matterhorn from my balcony made every morning a joy, and the staff were friendly, assisting with travel tips and delicious breakfast options.

I had such wonderful experience and will be back. The hotel was impeccably clean with impeccable services. Exceptionally nice staff and awesome breakfast with homemade bread, cake that lived up to my expectations. The location was amazing and stunning and the atmosphere was family. Enjoyed the excellent area.

The hotel was clean, cozy, and well-designed, perfect for our family with one baby. The sauna was a good touch after hiking around Zermatt.

In my wife's opinion, a refrigerator in the room would be a great addition for families with little ones.

Alpenlodge was the most comfortable stay of our recent trip to Europe. Rosmarie is a wonderful host who recommended excellent day trips and restaurants. Our room was modern and spacious with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn from the outdoor area. The bath was sensational!

A nicely situated hotel, about 10 min walk (uphill) from town. Taxi shuttle service from trainstation to hotel and vice versa well organised. Friendly staff, also when travelling with two small children. Beautifull view on the Matterhorn. We can absolutely recommend this hotel to a single traveller as well as a family.

Pillows could have have been better, very soft.
